A Recipe For William Morris Heaven

A friend of mine stopped by with the most fabulous gift, Mor's deluxe black and gold candle in the Oolong Tea scent. I'm enjoying it so much that I think I might pick up another one to give as a hostess gift for a dinner I'm attending in Guilford tonight. And, then there's a good chance I might stock up on this scent for my own home, as it has been filling the air with the most delicious scent.

I love the packaging -- the sophisticated gold pattern is very William Morris, thus the candle found its way atop one of my coffee table books.

And, as William Morris once said, "Have nothing in your house you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful."

Some other fabulous William Morris-inspired stylish finds:

Champion slip-ons

Met Store umbrella

Wild & Wolf tool set

Wild & Wolf flashlights

Wild & Wolf water bottle

So glad you liked the candle, when they arrived at the boutique- I just about died over the packaging alone! They look so rich, but are a steal at $28! We have those tools, as well- inside the hammer handle are housed 5 little screwdrivers- they're so handy! We call them glamma hammas! Great picks.
