Dish :: Pacific Coast Highway Wine Dinner hosted by Chef's Expressions

Last night's "Uncork The Pacific Coast Highway" wine dinner at the Gramercy Mansion (1400 Greenspring Valley Road, Baltimore) hosted by Chef's Expressions took guests on a journey from Southern California to Washington and five courses of wine country-inspired cuisine.

My favorite dish on the PCH tour? Raspberry glazed duck breast with Hudson Valley foie gras butter, champagne grapes, jicama and apple slaw paired with a Rex Hill Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley. Divine.
